Horrible!! If I could give zero stars I would. Spent 30 mins waiting for help and jewelry counter. Spoke with manager who had no compassion and repeated the same ridiculous line that associate with key needed to be found. How are you a manager and not know where your associate with the key is??? A young lady with small children continued to wait after I left, so she has been waiting for almost an hour!! If possible, go to another Wal-Mart with better customer service and compassion for customer's and their time.
