Sprint Store at 4910 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway, Hiram, Georgia.

Went by the store today and took over an hour to get any representitive to help us. 2 are on their phones and very bad service. Would not recommend.

Waited for about 45 minutes to even be acknowledged by a sales associate and that was only when we finally approached one just standing around. Asked if they had a specific phone left and he just shrugged us off saying that they didn't have it and to check back tomorrow after they got the truck in. He didn't even bother looking on the system or anything at all while I kept seeing other sales people pull that phone for others. It's my second time here at this store ever and I think I'll go out of my way to get to the East West Sprint store for better service. Worst customer service, save yourself the headache.
